G’day 2007

Happy New Year!

Ok I’m back and ready to rock and roll. One of my new years resolutions is to blog more - fingers crossed eh. ;) I have a semi completed post about being remarkable and potato salad - I should have that to you tomorrow.

May 2007 be all that you want it to be. :)

    Happy New Year’s, Sophie.

I’ll be looking forward to the remarkable/potato salad post, now. :)

  2. Sophie Wegat Says:

Hehe, that was the idea Bill. Plus now I’m committed to posting it. ;)

I spotted this post through Bloglines and thought, Wow, potato salad - I just love potato salad. I really must support that one. What do you know, Bill got here first.

Anyway have a great new year, Sophie. We seem to be having Australian weather here in Canada. They’re forecasting 16 degrees celsius on Saturday. Using high-tech equipment to talk about the weather reminds me of dear-departed Tony Hancock and his great radio sketch about the Ham radio enthusiast. .. ah well, I trust the politicians are seeing the writing on the wall.

The post is done so enjoy it both of you. Please let me know how you find it.

Barry - if you play your cards right I may even give you the recipes. ;)

    > 16 degrees celsius

Is that a typo as 16 is pretty cold. Right now it’s 30 degrees celsius, which is about 86 farenheight, and rising.

Thanks for the recipe, Sophie. I’ll have to try that one.

Re the 16 degrees celsius. Our national weather station gives the current Regional Normals

    Max Temp. -5°C
    Min Temp. -14°C

So you can see why this is very surprising. :)
